Know when a client's contact form breaks — before the client does.
FormHeartbeat checks the contact pages of the WordPress sites you manage on a schedule and emails you when a form disappears or a page stops responding.
No card required. Nothing is charged unless you choose to continue.
Example data. Not real customers.
A broken form is a silent revenue leak
When a contact form breaks after a plugin update, theme change or hosting move, nobody gets an error message. Leads just stop — and your client is usually the one who notices.
Protect client retention
Hear about a missing form from an alert, not from an unhappy client asking why inquiries dried up.
Add value to care plans
Form checks are an easy, concrete line item for the WordPress maintenance plans you already sell.
No extra work per site
No plugin, no code changes, no test submissions cluttering your clients' inboxes.
Three steps. No plugin to install.
FormHeartbeat works from the outside, like a visitor would. Nothing runs on your clients' servers.
Add the pages
Send us the contact or quote page URLs for the client sites you manage.
We check them on a schedule
Each check loads the page and looks for the expected form markup from the supported plugin.
You get an email when it breaks
An alert after repeated failures, not one-off blips — and a recovery email when it's back.
Built for the form plugins agencies actually use
WPForms, Gravity Forms and Elementor detection has been validated on real public WordPress pages. Contact Form 7 support is in beta.
Form found
The page loaded and the expected form is on it.
Something broke
The form is missing, or the page errors or stays unreachable across repeated checks.
We can't tell
Bot protection or a firewall blocks the check. We say so honestly instead of guessing.
What FormHeartbeat does — and doesn't — do
We'd rather you know exactly what you're getting.
It does
- Check that each contact page loads and the form is present
- Email you after repeated failures, plus a recovery notice
- Avoid duplicate alerts for the same ongoing problem
- Flag pages it can't check as UNVERIFIABLE
It doesn't
- Submit your forms — no test leads, no spam in your clients' inboxes
- Verify that submissions reach email, a CRM or a spreadsheet
- Guarantee a fixed check interval or alert time during the pilot
- Replace uptime monitoring or a full QA process
One simple plan
Try it on real client sites first. Pay only if it's useful.
- 14 days free, no payment details needed
- Continue only if you explicitly choose to
- WPForms, Gravity Forms and Elementor (Contact Form 7 in beta)
- Email alerts and recovery notices
Questions
Do I need to install anything on client sites?
No. Checks run from outside, the same way a visitor loads the page.
Will it send test submissions?
No. FormHeartbeat never submits forms, so it won't create fake leads or trigger client notifications.
How often are pages checked?
Pages are checked on a recurring schedule. During the pilot we don't promise a fixed interval or alert time; we'll share the actual check history with you.
What does UNVERIFIABLE mean?
The page blocked our check (for example with bot protection), so we can't tell whether the form is there. We report that instead of a false OK or FAIL.
What happens after 14 days?
We ask whether you want to continue at $19/month. If you don't reply or say no, monitoring stops and nothing is charged.
Is this an established product?
No — it's new, and we're running a small number of pilots with agencies. Your feedback shapes what gets built next.
Request a 14-day free pilot
No card. We set it up by hand and email you an API key — nothing is provisioned automatically. After 14 days you choose whether to continue at $19/mo for up to 10 sites; nothing is charged unless you opt in.
